SHIPPING POLICY

Gosteel currently ships within the United States only.

Processing time

Orders are usually processed within 1-3 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are usually processed on the next business day.

Shipping options and delivery estimates

Standard U.S. shipping costs $8 and is typically delivered in 4-6 business days after the order is processed.

Express U.S. shipping costs $15 and is typically delivered in 2-3 business days after the order is processed when express shipping is available at checkout.

Free standard shipping may apply on qualifying U.S. orders of $70 or more when shown at checkout. Qualifying free standard shipping is typically delivered in 4-5 business days after the order is processed.

Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, or other events outside our control.

Shipping costs

Order tracking

When tracking is available, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information after your order ships.

Address changes

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. If you notice an address mistake, contact us as soon as possible at mygosteel@gmail.com. We cannot guarantee address changes after an order has been processed or shipped.

Lost, delayed, or damaged packages

If your package arrives damaged, or if tracking shows delivery but you did not receive it, contact us at mygosteel@gmail.com within 5 business days so we can review the issue and help with the next steps.

Undeliverable or returned packages

If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, refusal, or failed delivery attempt, we will contact you about the available options. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
