Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

After your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

SHIPPING LOCATIONS

We currently ship within the United States only.

We do not currently offer international shipping.

SHIPPING TIMES

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on your location, the shipping carrier, and other factors outside of our control.

Most orders are delivered within 3–7 business days after they are shipped. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your order.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order ships, you may receive a tracking number by email. Please allow time for the carrier to update tracking information.

LOST, DELAYED, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

gosteel is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, incorrect addresses, or other events outside our control.

INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. gosteel is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
