How long does shipping take?

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after payment is received, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Standard U.S. shipping is typically delivered in 4-6 business days after the order is processed. Express U.S. shipping is typically delivered in 2-3 business days after the order is processed when express shipping is available at checkout. Qualifying free standard shipping on U.S. orders of $70 or more is typically delivered in 4-5 business days after the order is processed when shown at checkout.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the United States only.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you complete your order. Current U.S. shipping options may include standard shipping at $8, express shipping at $15, and free standard shipping on qualifying U.S. orders of $70 or more when shown at checkout.

How do I track my order?

When tracking is available, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information after your order ships. If you need help with an order, contact us at mygosteel@gmail.com.

What is your return policy?

Returns are accepted within 10 days after receiving your item according to our return policy. Items must be unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. If your return is accepted, Gosteel sends a prepaid return shipping label for eligible U.S. returns. The approved return shipping label is free to the customer. No return shipping fee and no restocking fee are charged.

No. Gosteel sells independent soccer fan jewelry inspired by national team colors and fan culture. Our products are sold independently and are not sponsored, endorsed, or affiliated with any tournament organizer, soccer federation, club, or national team.
