Customer service response time: We usually respond within 1-2 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Shipping: We currently ship within the United States only. Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Standard U.S. shipping costs $8 and is typically delivered in 4-6 business days after processing. Express U.S. shipping costs $15 and is typically delivered in 2-3 business days after processing when available at checkout. Free standard shipping may apply on qualifying U.S. orders of $70 or more and is typically delivered in 4-5 business days after processing when shown at checkout.

Returns: Returns are accepted within 10 days according to our return policy. If your return is accepted, Gosteel sends a prepaid return shipping label for eligible U.S. returns. The approved return shipping label is free to the customer. No return shipping fee and no restocking fee are charged.
